Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely, there is a lot we can create for your business with the footage captured during your shoot; ads, series of reels, etc.. If you don’t feel like editing it all yourself we can definitely do this for you.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks after your shoot for us to edit your video and prepare your gallery. If your project is time sensitive let us know and we’ll do our absolute best to get it to you as soon as possible.
The Storyteller package comes with two rounds of revisions to make adjustments if needed so that we can make sure you are 100% happy with your video.
Yes definitely, the storyteller package is based on a ½ day shooting session (4 hours) but we can add extra hours if needed.
Your story video is delivered in 3 ratios (landscape, square and vertical) so you can share on it on all your platforms. Your bonus library will be delivered in landscape so you can crop it to any format you need.
We understand how important subtitles are for social media. That’s why we’ve decided to offer all our clients a FREE version of their story video with subtitles.
Yes, we offer payment plan options on all our video packages. The storyteller package can be paid in 3, 4 or 5 monthly instalments.
